Registration

If you merely want to join (or be removed from) our mailing list and do not wish to make a tournament application at this time, then click here. To make an online application to any event or tournament then you must register. Players who are already registered for any of the following sites are automatically registered for the others:

As part of the registration process you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card for payment of the entry fee. Entry fees ARE NOT COLLECTED until AFTER the published closing deadlines for each event/tournament. You may cancel any application prior to a tournament's published closing deadline, provided you ensure that we have RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED your cancellation request within the timescales allowed.

The draws for some tournaments (and all matchplays.com events) are made immediately following the closing deadlines. For tournaments where this is NOT the case, you may also cancel your application up to the published cancellation deadline. If your entry fee has been collected then any refund will normally be subject to an administrative charge to cover processing costs. No tournaments are obliged to make a refund after the published cancellation deadline, whatever the circumstances for the withdrawal.

Online applications cannot be accepted without credit card details. If you do not wish to disclose these details then you may still download an application form which can be posted or faxed to us. Online applications are however, safe, quick and do not get lost or delayed in the post! You may also request an application form by email, post or fax, by clicking here.
